Terms of service

The agreements every member signs when they join, in plain English. Our full terms are being finalised with our solicitor and will be published here.

The basics

Vetted Networx is invite-only. We can refuse or remove membership to keep the network safe and trustworthy.
We introduce crew and companies. Each booking is an agreement between them; we're not the employer and we never take commission.
We never hold bank details. Invoices tell companies to pay the account the crew member gave them.
Text members post is their own. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive or confidential that isn't yours to share.

Be honest
Your name, trades and experience are true, and you only vouch for people you've actually worked with.
Keep your calendar right
Only show as free when you can genuinely take work.
Cancellations
Give at least the notice the company asks for. Inside that, hand over to an accepted replacement or give an emergency reason.
You're self-employed
You look after your own tax, insurance and paperwork.
Confidentiality
What you see on private jobs stays private, and NDAs you sign in the app are binding.
Good conduct
Treat people with respect on and off set. Serious misconduct can lead to removal.
Your rights
Nothing here takes away your legal rights, including statutory late-payment interest and fees.

Pay on time
You pay crew within the payment deadline you set, which can never be more than 30 days from the day they send their invoice.
Late payment
If you pay late, crew can claim statutory interest and a fixed recovery fee under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and your credibility score drops.
Cancellations
If you cancel a booking inside your notice period, you pay one full day's rate.
Honest listings
Jobs, rates and dates you post are real, and you only book through the app for work found through the app.
Confidentiality
You keep crew members' details private and only use them for the work they're booked for.
You can sign
You're a director or person with significant control of the company, or authorised by one.
