The rules every member agrees to.

• Invite only

  Nobody joins without an invite from a member. You become fully verified for a trade once 5 people you've worked with vouch for you.

• Referrals carry responsibility

  When you can't take a job you can refer someone you've worked with. If it goes badly, the person referred takes most of the hit and the referrer a small share.

• Paid within 30 days

  Every company sets a payment deadline of 30 days or less, starting the day an invoice is sent. Late payers lose credibility, and you keep your legal right to statutory late fees.

• Fair cancellations

  Companies choose their cancellation notice (24, 48 or 72 hours). Cancelling inside that notice costs a company one day's rate.

• No crew-to-crew messaging

  Keeps inboxes quiet. You pass work on through referrals instead.
