How it works
Built on real relationships. Backed by real accountability.
Vetted Networx isn't a job board. It's a professional network where every connection, referral and booking is tied to real work, and to real professional standards.
Getting in
Membership is invite-only. There's no open sign-up.
01
Receive a personal invite
Someone already in the network sends you their personal invite link, by link, QR code or WhatsApp. It's the only way in, and it ties your membership to a real person.02
Tell us about you
Your name, your trades and a bit about your experience. It takes a few minutes and is the start of your profile.03
Sign the agreement
Every crew member signs the Crew Agreement: honesty, vouching, availability, cancellations, confidentiality and conduct. No agreement, no access.
How verification actually works
Signing up doesn't make you verified. Verification is earned, through real people who know your work and are willing to put their name behind you.
Vouches are about trust, not paperwork
A vouch means you trust the person you're putting forward can do the job. Each trade turns verified once 5 connections vouch for it.Trust score
Built from how your bookings actually go: ratings after each job, late cancellations, and any problems that are reported and upheld. Problems fade over time, so it's a live reflection of your track record, not a one-time badge.Endorsements
Connections can endorse your trades and skills. It's a shout-out from people who've seen your work. It never replaces vouching.Companies are held to account too
Every company is set up by the network team, shows its Companies House number, and is signed up by a director or person with significant control. Its payment deadline and cancellation notice are shown on every offer, along with a credibility score built from real bookings.
Connections and referrals
You can only connect with someone you've genuinely worked with, in person, by scanning their QR code. That keeps the network reliable instead of turning it into a popularity contest.
Referrals carry real weight
Offered a job you can't take? Refer one of your connections who's free. The company sees them as someone vouched for, not a cold name.Your name is on it
If a referral goes badly, the person referred takes most of the hit and you take a small share. So members choose carefully who they put forward.Live availability calendar
Every crew member keeps a calendar of free, booked and off days, with a morning and an evening shift, so you can hold two bookings in a day. It can link with your own phone calendar.
For companies
Search vetted crew
Pick a trade and your dates, and see who's verified and free on every day.Post jobs privately or openly
Send a job to named people, to your own contacts only, or to matching crew across the network. You control who sees what.Sub-contract overflow work
At full capacity? Pass work privately to a partner company in the network, with an optional NDA, and keep the client relationship.Private production groups
Invite-only groups with expiring passcodes, optional NDA sign-off, approval of who joins, and watermarked messages with copying switched off for confidential work.Production pipeline
Move a production from development through sign-off, then release it to the right managers to book crew, all in one place.
Getting paid
Payment deadline
Every company sets its own payment deadline, never more than 30 days, and it's shown on every offer.Built-in invoicing
Crew have a full invoicing tool: standard and VAT invoices, overtime, expenses and mileage lines, saved contacts and PDFs.The clock starts when you send
The deadline runs from the day the invoice is sent, not the job date.Late payment protection
Pay late and a company's credibility drops automatically, and keeps dropping while it stays unpaid. Crew can claim their statutory late-payment interest and fees under UK law in a few taps.
Cancellations
Companies
Each company sets its cancellation notice: 24, 48 or 72 hours. Cancel inside that notice and it owes one full day's rate, invoiced in one tap.Crew
Need to pull out? Hand the job to a connected, free replacement who accepts, or give a genuine emergency reason, with no penalty. It just asks that everyone treats each other's time with respect.
